Community planning involves a set of activities composed of an individual plan and

the process. These activities play a crucial role in providing solutions to reduce congestion in

the street and create neighborhood parks. Creating a neighborhood plan involves shared

issues and objectives for the community. Plan-making combines theoretical experimentation

with individual decision-making based on diverse beliefs, attitudes, and preferences for the

community's built-up and natural environment in the future. Planning involves incorporating

scientific and aesthetic resources to develop an efficient concept that will benefit both rural

and urban communities. The effective definition of planning is best stated in the rational

model of planning adopted during the 1950s. The buildings got larger together with their

The rational comprehensive approach stated that the planer would be acting rationally

by following a set of steps: Consideration of the available alternatives of an action followed

by evaluating the consequence of the plan and finally selecting the best alternative. This

into context all the major facets of society, both physical and social(Hodge & Gordon, 2014).

And it has the added virtue of balancing planning priorities with implementation. It is

composed of a linear model of activities that concludes with monitoring to know the

community plan's value.

The community plan is guided by several determinants, including land use,

environment, and economic factors. Public and social determinants affect the plan's

implementation and how the community embraces the project. Goal setting is important in
