Management
= Het bereiken van organisatorische doelstellingen op een effectieve en efficiënte wijze door
het plannen, organiseren, leiden en controleren van organisatorische middelen
HRM
- HR niet alleen binnen de muren van HR-departement
- Groot deel van verantwoordelijkheid en sturing wordt gedeeld met de directe
leidinggevenden
- HR-departement is voortrekker zowel in strategische (plannen) en tactische delen
(organiseren) als in
operationele uitvoering (leiden en controleren)
- Taak van HR-departement om te zorgen dat leidinggevenden over voldoende HR-kennis
beschikken om operationele taken optimaal uit te voeren, en hen te steunen en te
begeleiden
