B. SWOT Analysis
One internal strength of Engineering Group LLC is that they have great
leadership. This is evident not only in the engineering departments, but also all other
areas of the company. This is a strength for many reasons. Great leadership is often
portrayed in this organization through leaders taking responsibility and organization
efforts to ensure that employees have what they need to help meet company goals. The
leadership here is well experienced in translating direction from top level executives into
business and operational assignments. Also, the delegation of tasking falls within this
leadership strength, the leaders at Engineering Group LLC are very familiar with their
staff, understanding each employees’ strengths, project preferences, and work capacity.
Another aspect of this leadership strength is strong communication. Leaders between
the multiple departmental organizations pose effective and positive communication
among each other. This aids in the completion of projects and initiatives on schedule,
good communication is a key factor in project success, many initiatives and efforts are
unsuccessful due in part to inadequate or ineffective communication. However,
Engineering Group LLC has placed a large emphasis on this strength and its effective
implementation across the organization.
Another key strength of Engineering Group LLC is extensive employee
development. It is a primary focus for the company, ensuring that all of its employees
