Overview
The AEnergy Corporation is looking to expand their footprint by opening a new regional office.
Currently, the company is collocated between two corporate offices in Fresno, CA and Chicago,
IL. They are now looking to open another office in order to have a presence in the Midwest. A
SWOT analysis has been performed to evaluate their current IT infrastructure and make the
needed recommendation to support the company expansion.

A1. Strengths
After performing the SWOT analysis on The AEnergy Corporation IT infrastructure several items
were found that, the organization is doing extremely well and allowing them to excel. One of
those items is site interconnectivity. With two locations thousands of miles apart, there systems
allow them to operate as if all team were centrally located in one office. All routine operations
can be performed at either location, or in a combination of both offices. As a result, staff can
spread between the two locations and still function collectively.
