A. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
The Help You Now Program requires vendors to provide specialized nursing and clinical
support for dementia and chronic-care patients. The solicitation specified minimum
qualifications, staffing expectations, and mandatory compliance elements.

A.1 Required Labor Categories
Registered Nurses (RNs): 8–10 years in dementia/acute care
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs): 5–8 years dementia-care experience
Nurse Project Manager: BA degree, PMP certification, 4+ years PM experience
Project Control Specialist: BA degree, 4+ years experience
Medical Technician: 2+ years assisting acute-care nursing staff
A.2 Required Supplies & Equipment
Blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and similar equipment
Routine clinical supplies (gloves, cleaning materials)
A.3 Other Direct Costs (ODCs)
Travel for training
Video training equipment
Clinical reference materials
A.4 Mandatory Training Requirements
Jayco Training: Semi-annual
HIPAA: Annual compliance
A.5 Contractor Responsibilities
Maintain credentials
Ensure continuity of operations
Provide complete documentation
Adhere to WJMC protocols and patient safety standards
B. PROPOSAL CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
