Contexto: La vida universitaria suele generar altos niveles de estrés y sedentarismo en los
estudiantes, lo que afecta su salud física y mental. Con el fin de evaluar los hábitos de
alimentación, ejercicio, descanso y manejo del estrés en los estudiantes, se realizó esta
encuesta para identificar áreas clave donde se pueden promover mejores hábitos saludables.
Objetivo: Identificar patrones y tendencias que fomenten una mejor calidad de vida entre los
estudiantes, analizar y proponer soluciones que mejoren su bienestar físico y mental.
Publico objetivo:La encuesta fue dirigida a estudiantes de entre 17 y 40 años de diversas
facultades, con un enfoque en aquellos cursando sus estudios de pregrado. Los encuestados
pertenecían a diferentes niveles académicos, desde el primer hasta el último año de sus
carreras, lo que permitió obtener una visión amplia sobre cómo varía la experiencia educativa
a lo largo de su formación.
