ASA I - ANSWERS-A normal, healthy patient without systemic disease
ASA II - ANSWERS-A patient with a mild systemic disease. Might need dental management
modifications
ASA III - ANSWERS-A patient with moderate-to-sever systemic disease, which alters activity but
is not incapacitating.
ASA IV - ANSWERS-A patient with sever systemic disease that is incapacitating and is at a
constant threat to life
ASA V - ANSWERS-A moribund patient not expected to live more than 24 hours without
operation
