Geachte mw. S. Boud,

Op 12 maart 2020 heeft u een asielaanvraag ingediend. Gebleken is dat op grond van artikel 8 onder
C van de Vreemdelingenwet 2000 (hierna Vw) het recht op asiel aan u toegekend wordt. Dit betekent
dat de verblijfsvergunning aan u verleend wordt. In de brief wordt verder uitgewerkt welke
overwegingen met betrekking tot dit besluit zijn gemaakt.

Besluit
Op grond van artikel 1:3 lid 1 Awb wordt de aanvraag toegewezen.


Grondslag
De IND toetst uw aanvraag aan de hand van de voorwaarden de Vreemdelingenwet 2000,
Vreemdelingenbesluit 2000 en de Vreemdelingen Circulaire, kwalificatierichtlijn 2011/95 en zal mede
getoetst worden aan de hand van rechtspraak.
