TASK 2 TEMPLATE
Passed on the First Try

, RRM3 D268 Task 2
Section A:
A1. For each character Write about Raymond here.
(i.e., Raymond & Jenna)
you observed in the video, Raymond begins with non-verbal
identify 1 or 2 communication. He started in an unwelcoming
interpersonal way, displaying negative and closed-off body
communication behaviors language. His face shows frustration and
that escalated and obvious displeasure, making it difficult for him
worsened the conflict. to participate in conflict resolution.
Raymond displays defensive listening and
is not open to Jenna's responses. Instead, he
quickly cuts off Jenna's concerns and exhibits
annoyance at her input. When He ignored
Jenna's concerns about the same problems
occurring laterally in the pharmacy, instead, he
just waited for a pause to reassert his belief
that the nurses were overworked and
performing under too many expectations.
Raymond is Hearing the words but is not
listening. His closed-off posture and
dismissive body language, leaning back,
arms crossed in front of his body, and raising
his voice to interject any point Jenna brings up
from the beginning signals that he is not here to
listen to what Jenna has to say. He
repeatedly cuts her off and wants to push the
blame solely to the pharmacy. By showing
disinterest in compromise, any other party
would become defensive and feel unseen and
unheard.
Write about Jenna here.
I also noticed Jenna initially mirroring
Raymond's defensive posture by crossing her
arms. She also displays nonverbal and
interpersonal communication skills.
