ex: body temperature and wakefulness) with the 24 hour cycle of day
and night-regulates our daily schedule of sleeping and walking

6.Sleep Stage 1: about 10 minutes-our dive into sleep, marked by the

sleep (about 5-10 minutes) you may experience images resembling
hallucinations (sensory experiences that occur with all sensory stimuli)
and you may have a sensation of falling (at which moment your body
