2. The contact number for the person calling
3. The reason/circumstances for the cancellation of the incident

/ EMD3 - Review priority, EMD requests CDS to review
/MHCL12 - Suicidal pt alone, warm transfer to MH clinician
/MHCL13 - Suicidal pt alone warm transfer unsuccessful
/AML - address verified by AML
/AML1 - address confirmed with AML data, caller unfamiliar with
Callback Document changes
Call processed out of area MPDS or PROQA - Time Tab in QTime, visual confirmation it's in
, CALL TAKERS OBJECTIVES 1. Receive the call
2. Determine Scene Safety
3. Obtain enough information to triage
4. Create a case
5. Send to dispatch
6. Provide PDIs
7. Provide PAIs
8. Give emotional support
9. Notify other services as required
