Unit 4 Managing an event - Assignment 2
D2 - Evaluate and justify the feasibility plan, tools,
budget and risk, making any required contingency
adjustments.
In this report, I will evaluate the feasibility plan, tool, budget and risk and also make
any required contingency adjustments.
Having identified and discussed all of the elements required to create an event. It is
critical to assess the viability of a project. Market considerations, such as the target
market and competition, influence event feasibility. The availability of the location,
the talents required, the types of equipment needed, and the licences required are all
operational issues. Financial variables are significant since they include things like
costs and projected revenue.
Physical resources are the things we will need to plan an event's physical setup.
Furniture, tools, refreshments, facilities, and supplies are examples of resources.

some successful events. I looked at a variety of events to uncover various success
elements that I could use for the event. On the other hand, I created a thorough
event plan that includes critical areas that must be considered while managing an
event, such as risk assessment and contingency planning.
The budget defines how much money can be spent on the event. It's critical to know
this from the start of the event planning process to ensure that it corresponds to the
