A report on the current performance of Anvil cloud Ltd and the recommendations that can be made to increase employee motivation and reduce staff turnover 1 - Introduction 1.1 – The purpose of this report is to outline how Anvil Cloud Ltd can manage motivation of employees and ensure they are satisfied and motivated in their job role. Anvil Cloud has been in a very competitive market and there is a lot of demand for employees in this sector. Subsequently, Anvil Cloud has to ensure they are very considerate about their employees and ensure they are very satisfied, because this field is very competitive and there are lots of options. ACL are in a very competitive computer support provider market, so in order for them to succeed as much as possible, they will have to ensure their staff are as skilled and motivated as possible. Anvil Cloud Ltd launched as a cloud computing solution provider in 2012, and in the present, there are 70 Employees in the workforce, however there are some issues with motivation and staff morale that will be discussed. Employees work remotely, and not from an office, which adds to their motivation.
