e – Commerce is the act of buying or selling goods and services over the internet. These
business transactions are made as business-to-business, business-to-consumer, consumer-
to-consumer or consumer-to-business. Today, electronic commerce is one of the most
popular methods for consumers to buy goods and services. There are many benefits about
e-Commerce such as its quick and convenient for the consumer to transfer funds online.
Because of the convenience, consumers can save lots of time as well as money by searching
their products easily and making purchases online.
Examples of E-commerce
1. National Account Manager
A national account manager is someone who is responsible for overseeing vital client
accounts at a national level, augmenting all open doors for deals within the
accounts. They manage all large company accounts and manage networking within
national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities. Also they monitor all
incoming orders and make sure that they are carried out in an efficient manner.
There are many skills and attributes a person must have to become a successful
national account manager.
