• Traditional package holidays- this is a tailor made holiday where the travel agents
included fights accommodations for the customers.
• Tailor-made and dynamic holidays- a tailor made holiday is when the travel agent
books a package holidays which include fights, transfer, accommodation and also all-
inclusive deals. The beneft for this is that the customer gets the deals for a cheaper
price since the three components are from diferent companies. For example:--

without the help of the travel agents which include all the three components. For

• Ancillary sales – ancillary services are extra services which are ofered by the
travel agents to the customers which include, transfers, money exchange, airport

• Scheduled fights- scheduled fights are timetabled and will still take of if even
there are not many passengers. For example virgin Atlantic and also British Airways.
• Charter fights-charter fights varies in many ways compared to scheduled fights.
There will be more charter fights in the summer mostly compared to the winter season.
The fights changed mostly and also they keep delaying. Also if there are not many
