Internal Stakeholders Are entities within a business, for example:
Employees They are individuals who work part-time or full-time under a
contract of employment, whether oral or written, and have recognized rights
and duties. They want to earn money and stay employed.
Managers They are individuals responsible for controlling or administering
an organization or group of staf. They are interested in maximizing the profit
the business makes. They may own shares in the company, or may receive
bonuses or other rewards if the company does well, which is why they push for
success.
Owners They are individuals who own a business entity in an attempt to
profit from the successful operations of the company. Generally, they have
decision-making abilities and first right to profit. They are interested in how
much profit the business makes.
Suppliers They are individuals who want the business to continue to buy
their products.
