Justify the Information Selected to Support a Business Decision-
Making Process.
First Report (Ochrwyth Services).
While I was doing my first report I found information that can be used to by British telecoms. I used
a few different methods to retrieve the information from the Access document which I was able to
use to put together a report on how many people have internet with BT in a certain area and what
amount of people have each internet package.
The reason I made this report was to show BT that they are able to uses this data to compare how
many customers are using their service in a certain area and what type of packages they are using.
BT could then take this information to find out who they would like to target so that they could get
them to change their package to a better one. They would also be able to find out which is the most
popular package so that they can look into why a certain one is doing better than the others allowing
them to improve their other service.
BT would be able to create the same report with other areas to find out the same information as
what is in this report.
When I was creating this report to make it easier to understand I made sure that everything was
laded correctly. I also used the label tool so that I was able to add in text so that BT will understand
what certain parts of the report are.
