Stakeholders and their influence
- There are two types of stakeholders, External and Internal.
Internal -> Internal stakeholders are those within the business, for example, managers,
employees, and owners. Every sector will have international stakeholders apart from sole
traders.
External -> Without external stakeholders a business wouldn’t be successful. For example,
suppliers, customers, lenders, competitors, debtors, and creditors. Another example of external
stakeholders includes government agencies and departments.
