, Injuries that happen when too much stress is placed on a particular part of the body is
defined as overuse injuries (or repetitive stress injuries). The injuries are common wo
related injuries, often impacting individuals that spend long durations of time using
computers and other devices or because of repeated participation in a certain sporting
exercise movement which places stress on an area of the body. Injuries can happen if t
body has not had enough time to heel in-between training sessions. My five chosen ov
injuries are; blisters (skin), chrondropathy (articular cartilage), stress fracture (bone), c
compartment syndrome (muscle) and inflammation (ligament).
 Acute injuries are normally unexpected and very critical. These type of injuries tend t
happen due of unforeseen forces. It is usually related with distressing events in sports
as a players clashing into each other or a fall from a bike leading to acute injures
such as sprained ankles, fractured hands and strained backs. Acute injury is normally t
outcome of a particular impact or traumatic event that happens in one area of the bod
as breaking a bone, tearing a muscle or injury to a joint. Immediate medical attention
