In today's highly competitive and rapidly evolving industry, differentiating oneself and creating enduring relationships with customers are critical tasks for businesses. One of the most pressing issues is the growing consumer demand for ethical and socially responsible business practices (Kuokkanen and Sun 2019). Companies are facing increasing pressure to demonstrate a commitment to environmental and social goals in addition to financial success. This shift in consumer expectations presents businesses with both challenges and opportunities. The challenge is to successfully integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into their primary business strategies without compromising their bottom line. Conversely, ethical business practices present an opportunity to boost customer loyalty and trust. This study addresses the business problem of understanding how CSR impacts customer behaviour and brand loyalty, particularly in the digital age when information is readily available and consumer awareness is stronger.
