1.gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): backflow of contents of the stomach into the esophagus, often resulting from
abnormal function of the lower esophageal sphincter, causing burning pain in the esophagus

2.Gastritis: inflammation of the lining of the stomach
3.Hiatal Hernia: protrusion of a part of the stomach upward through the opening in the diaphragm
4.Peptic Ulcer Disease: A break or ulceration in the protective mucosal lining of the lower esophagus, stomach, or duodenum
5.Peritonitis: inflammation of the peritoneum (membrane lining the abdominal cavity and surrounding the organs within it)
6.Appendicitis: inflammation of the vermiform appendix
7.Gastroenteritis: inflammation of the stomach and intestines
8.Ulterative Colitis: inflammation of the rectum and sigmoid colon
9.Cronh's disease: inflammation of the small intestine, colon or both
10. Diverticular Diease: pounchlike herniations of the mucos through the musclar wall mostly in the colon 11. Hepatitis A
Virus: inflammation of the liver usually transmitted orally through fecal contamination of food or water. Flu like symptoms.

12. Hepatitis B virus: virus that causes inflammation of the liver; transmitted through any body fluid, including vaginal
secretions, semen, and blood. N/V, fever, fatigue, RUQ pain, joint pain, jaundice.

13. Hepatitis C virus: inflammation of the liver, trasnmitted by blood to blood contact, such as sharing needles, unsanitary
tattooing and accidental need sticks. Asymptomatic until liver damage occurs.

14. Hepatitis D virus: Secondary infection caused by a mutated hepatitis virus. Only develops in patients with Hepatitis B.
Transmission same as B, any body fluid, including vaginal secretions, semen, and blood. N/V, fever, fatigue, RUQ pain, joint
pain, jaundice.
15. Hepatitis E virus: inflammation of liver, transmitted through fecal and oral route and contaminated food/water. Flu like
Symptoms.
