Transformation chimique au cours de laquelle des substances complexes se
séparent en substances simples
Éléments besoins de digestion chimique
● Glucides et amidon deviennent des glucoses qui se
représentent en corde de glucoses
● Protéines deviennent des acides aminés qui se
représentent en corde de protéines
● Lipides deviennent 3 acides gras et 1 glycérol qui se représentent par 3
acides gras attachés a 1 glycérol
Fonctionnement du système digestif
M = Digestion mécanique
C = Digestion chimique
Bouche (glandes salivaires):
● Broyage/mastication du bol alimentaire M
● Insalivation (humidifie loe bol alimentaire) M
● Sucs salivaires commence digestion des glucides C
Pharynx
● Déglutition (faire avancer le bol alimentaire dans le tube digestif) M
Oesophage
● Péristaltisme (contraction des muscles pour faire avance le bol alimentaire) M
