Basic campaign/canvas analytics: conversion rate - Answers rate of conversion for primary
conversion event
Basic campaign/canvas analytics: revenue - Answers the total dollar amount users have spent
between the time they enter your campaign or canvas and the end of the conversion window.
Users may or may not have interacted with your messaging. Revenue includes purchases made
by users entered into a control group.
Basic campaign/canvas analytics: current audience - Answers number of people who are
currently within the conversion window for this campaign.
Engagement reports - Answers Braze's custom reporting tool, where you can pull engagement
statistics for specified messages from campaigns/canvases.
Will generate a max of 2 CSVs - one for campaign & one for canvas data.
Manually select campaigns/canvases or automatically select based on a specific tag.

Report Builder - Answers Allows you to compare the results of multiple campaigns or canvases
in a single view so you can easily determine which engagement strategies most impacted your
key metrics.
Reports can contain canvases or campaigns, but not BOTH.
Manual selection of campaigns OR automated based on filter criteria (could include tags).
Automated reports will auto-update to match filters, manual won't.
For campaigns report w/ multivariate campaigns: you can view metrics broken down by variants
and control group.
For canvas reports, you can view metrics broken down by variant, step, or message.
Retention reports - Answers On the "analytics" page of your campaign/canvas.
, Purpose: learn when users typically perform a certain event (retention event) after receiving your
message.
Rolling retention report - Answers Measures how many users come back and do the retention
event ON or AFTER one of the days listed on the report.
Useful for understanding how long after your messaging users are engaging with your brand.
