the mocha mix provides*

large iced decaf hazelnut mocha chiller - ANSWER- 2 scoops hazelnut
- 2 scoops dark chocolate
- 4 shots
- mocha mix to the 12
*we only use mocha mix in a decaf mocha chiller, otherwise it is whole milk. this is a
special seven because decaf espresso is used, so scoops change from 1-1-2 to 2-3-4
and pour lines change from 8-12-16 to 6-9-12 because it will be blended*

large sugar free drinkable vanilla hot chocolate - ANSWER- 1 scoop sf vanilla
- 1 scoop sf chocolate
- smooth mix
- 140 degrees

*no flavor is added to a regular mocha, so it being half sweet changes nothing. you will
do 1/2 mocha mix 1/2 smooth mix to give the customer half of the chocolatey flavor. 3
espresso shots because all smalls have 2 espresso shots, so adding one more would
make it 3 in total*
