Resembles acne. Papules on erythematous base, spares above upper lip.
Typically in women 20-40. Tx=metronidazole, clindamycin as topical ABX,
Oral ABX. Unsure why it happens. NO topical steroid, will worsen.
Differentiate from acne d/t age of onset.

Erythematous plaques w/ yellow greasy scales. Adolescent
tx=ketoconazole topical cream/shampoo. Int low potency topical steroid.
Infants=mineral oit 5-10 min before bath. Brush and frequent shampoo

ona rose petal". Various stages on patient. Very itchy, highly contagious.
Acyclovir is early in course. More severe in adults than children
