Google is an American multi national technology company that specialises in
internet related services and products. These include online advertising, a
search engine, cloud computing, software and hardware. It is to be considered
one of the big four technology companies in the world alongside amazon,
apple and Microsoft. Google was founded in September 1998 by Larry page
and Sergey brin. Today they own approx. 14% of its shares and control 56% of
the stockholder voting power. Google is a limited liability company and their
domains can be found in many countries like Vietnam, Thailand, India and the
UK. As an international business google may struggle with abiding by different
laws and regulations. For example different countries may have different data
protection and privacy regulations. With Google Earth, for example, equipment
must be moved around the world. Google Earth enables people to get
information access to the earth, where they otherwise might not be able to
see those things. Some may see the tech google uses as an invasion of privacy.
Coca cola
The coca cola company is a multinational American corporation founded 1892
and today mainly engage in the manufacture and sale of syrup and concentrate
for coca cola. Coca cola are a public limited company that have over 100,000
associates world wide. They are known as the worlds largest beverage
company. Their operational reach compasses 200+ countries across 5 regions :
Asia Pacific; Europe, Middle East & Africa; Latin America and North America.
Even though coca cold dominates the market the business has seen increased
coemption from domestic firms such as Pepsi co. If the company wants to hit
its 2020 targets, BRIC growth and development of major secondary markets
such as Indonesia and Vietnam are essential.
L'Oréal
Loreal is a French personal care company headquarters in Clichy, Hauts-de-
Seine. It s the world largest cosmetics company that has developed activities in
the field on concentrating hair colour, skin care, sun protection, make up,
perfume and hair care. Loreal is present in 130 countries on 5 continents. The
group's mission is to provide the best in cosmetics innovation to women and
men around the world with respect for their diversity. As of 2018 loreal had
, 86,000 employees. The business also owns some of the worlds largest luxury
brands such as:
Lancôme.

Kiehl's Since 1851.

One of the issues which are faced by the company while entering the Chinese
market was distribution. At that time when the company thought to expand
the business in China then they find very few markets in China. L'Oreal believes
that supermarket is the primary outlet for the bulk of L'Oreal's product lines
for its brand. To reach the customer the brand decided to make the use of the
departmental stores through which they can easily make the product available
to the end users. These departmental stores made the Chinese people
understand about the use of the cosmetic product in day to day life
Amazon
Amazon is an American multinational company based in Seattle. Amazon focuses on
ae commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming and artificial intelligence. It has
been referred to as one of the most influential economic and cultural forces In the
world. Amazon is a public limited company with Jeff Bezos owning 16% of the
company and the rest sold on the stock market. Amazon would be referred to as an
international business. Amazon is currently present in 16 different countries beside
the UK. However Amazon has stakeholders in more than 100 countries.
They are many benefits being an international business.
One of those benefits is that there is increased revenue. Each country that Amazon
operates in adds to the long list of potential number of customers in addition to the
internal and external stakeholders that cause mass business growth and increased
profits. As of the 1st January 2019, Amazon had 647,500 Employees. According
to the 2017 organisational structural chart there are many Managers and leaders of
different sectors of the business. Having more than 600,000 employees allows for a
lot of expansion globally. Therefore there are many chances to relocate in different
countries and regions. This is a benefit for employees as they have the opportunity to
see a new country and work in a new area of business within the same company
without having to redo any sort of training or application process . Amazon is a
tertiary sector organisation that provides a service worldwide. Amazon is a titan of e-
commerce, logistics, payments, hardware, data storage, and media. It dabbles in
plenty more industries1. Many of these services include Amazon prime, Amazon
music, Amazon video and etc. the company relies on the primary and secondary
