customer's needs? - ANS ✔✔Working in the deli I will ask them what kind of flavor they are
looking for in meat or cheese and recommend what I think is best depending on the customers
answer. We usually always recommend Boars Head products first before the publix brand.

✔✔I will ask them multiple questions like, what are they looking for in a product, how they
would like that product prepared, and then confirm that the product or products I had prepared
is what they were looking for.
Tell me about a time your understanding did not reflect the needs of a customer. How did you
resolve it? - ANS ✔✔When a customer puts in an online order sometimes we don't have the
product they are looking for so we have to give them a call and ask them what they would like
us to substitute the product that they were looking for with. If they are unsure we recommend
similar products.

technology? What challenges did you face? How comfortable are you in demonstrating
technology to others? - ANS ✔✔Working at Hobby Lobby I was a customer service manager and
I would train new employees how to operate the cash register and even do returns. I learned
this technology from someone who had trained me but I also had previous experience with
using a cash register. The challenges I faced learning the cash register was learning all of the
categories because every item was manually entered into a certain department and you had to
know what department the item came from. I am very comfortable demonstrating technology
to others as long as I understand the technology myself.
