• When you are referring to a case that is discussed only in the Study Guide: Air-Kel (Edms)

bibliography only refer to the Study Guide not to the case.
• When you are referring to one of the prescribed cases that you must read yourself,
Bisschoff v Welbeplan Boerdery (Pty) Ltd 2021 (5) SA (SCA) para 5, for example. In the
