Instructions:
(1) This non-venue-based examination is confidential, remains the property of the University of South
Africa and may not be shared.
(2) This is a formal online Unisa examination and all the Unisa examination regulations are applicable.
This is a closed-book examination and you may not use any notes, the prescribed book, study
guide or any other unauthorised such as the internet and artificial intelligence tools, or
consultations when taking the examination.
(3) You need to answer the questions in your own words. Plagiarism will not be tolerated and may
result in disciplinary action, if detected. The use of tools such as ChatGPT is strictly prohibited.
Students that make use of these tools will be subject to disciplinary action by the University.
(4) Only typed answers will be accepted (Font: Arial 11 or 12). Please convert your document into a
PDF file for submission.
(5) Start with a cover page stating the module code, your name and student number.
(6) Write only the answers to the questions – there is no need to write an introduction and conclusion.
(7) This paper comprises six (6) paragraph-type questions based on one given case study. All the
questions are compulsory. The total marks for the examination are 70.
(8) Make sure that all questions are clearly numbered.
