, 1. Project Scope
Purpose of the project
The aim of this project is to introduce and promote Ocean Basket’s newly expanded
menu, which now includes meat-based dishes, to both existing and potential customers.
The initiative seeks to identify the correct target audience and implement marketing
strategies that will raise awareness, stimulate interest, and encourage trial of the new
meals.
Project personnel
A diverse team will be required to execute this project. The core marketing unit will
include a marketing coordinator and a marketing assistant, responsible for
managing and monitoring progress. A creative director will guide the creative direction,
supported by graphic designers, copywriters, and printers to produce advertising
material. Since digital channels are central to the campaign, social media managers,
content administrators, and a web designer will also be needed.
Approach to implementation
The project will begin with the marketing and creative directors formulating the overall
strategy. Once the vision is defined, designers and copywriters will be briefed to
produce campaign materials. The marketing coordinator will review and approve the
content before sending it to distribution channels. Online communication will be
managed by social media administrators who will schedule posts in preparation for the
relaunch. Simultaneously, the design team will update menus to reflect the new dishes,
ensure printing, and arrange distribution to all branches. Finally, a coordinated launch
date will be set, during which the updated menu will officially be introduced across all
Ocean Basket outlets.
