1.1 Howard Gardner's concept of more than one intelligences proposes that humans are no longer born

 Musical- these learners learn best with the use of rythmic sounds and patterns. They have the

These people are referred to as "music smart"

 Interpersoanl intelligence- the capacity to understand, work and communicate with people in a
successful way, wether verbally or non-verbally. These people have the ability to recognize and
understand other people's moods and desires. These learners are referred to as "people smart"

 Intrapersonal intelligence- referes to those children who like to work independently, they can
set their goals and focus on achieving them, they know and understand thier feelings, strengths
and weaknesess. These learners are called "self smart"
