In this report, Evaluation is going to be given to the influence of stakeholders exert in one organisation. Additionally, further evaluation will be
given, justifying stakeholder viewpoints.

Manager 9 Managers are important stakeholders to BMW because they help provide direction and guidance to each of the functional areas at the
company. Managers help supervise the team leaders, and make sure that they are doing their job correctly. Without a good skilled and
qualified manager for each of the departments at BMW, such as the production for the automobiles, the finance department and
marketing the performance levels would be low because the teams and the employees would not know what tasks they need to carry
out and what goals and objectives they need to achieve. Managers at BMW have direct contact with the shareholders of the company,
they have to follow the set of objectives that the owners give and make sure that all the employees within each department are
working properly and towards the objectives. ‘’Strong manager performance in recognizing employee performance increases
engagement by almost 60 percent according to Towers Watson. Increased engagement leads to improved customer service. Better
customer service means more loyal customers.’’ Manager stakeholders are important to BMW, because with motivated, high
performing managers, they will lead the employees into working their full potential and provide a good customers service, this will lead
the business into creating more sales and loyal customers. So overall, managers are important as they will business to get sales.
Without good performing managers, the business may not be able to gain many sales, as employees would not properly without direct
guidance.
‘’Four-fifths (80%) of employees have experienced poor management or a poor manager at least once in their career. A YouGov and
MHR survey of 2,006 employees found that 75% of workers who have experienced this have considered leaving a job, while 55% had
actually quit their jobs because of bad management.’’ This article shows how management can have a massive impact on the
employees and on the company altogether. It shows that 80% of employees have experienced poor management and 75% have
considered leaving the job and 55% had actually quite their jobs. This proves how a performance of a manager either good or bad can
really have an influence on a business, it can lead to employees leaving the companies, without employees the may struggle to carry
on.
