truth and will avoid sharing information in a less-than-straightforward way. In the end,
honesty carries the day, gains more robust support from employees, and allows the right
solutions to resolve problems. Another benefit of applying honesty as a leader is that

demand it.
2. I was super introverted as a child, resulting from some traumatic experiences I had in my
early childhood. Unfortunately, this has had a severe impact on my relationship. I was not
brave enough to overcome my traumatic experiences, which resulted in relationship
problems. However, if I had been brave to overcome those traumatic experiences, my
relationship would have been my happy place, fewer arguments, and problems because
of my trust issues.
2A. Improving my lesser strength bravery will help me accelerate my values-based
leadership abilities in my new position as the customer service manager. Brave leaders have
the courage to accept that leadership is not about them but instead about working through
behaviors, relationships, attitudes, values, and the environment to inspire and enable others
