Abstract
Let us dive into the fascinating world of global project management and explore the challenges
teams face when working across borders. This essay will examine the real-world case study of
the Vigilance Project at PharMed International to study how global teams work and solve
conflicts after a merger. We will look at the many issues that come up due to cultural differences,
varying leadership approaches, and communication problems between two teams. The research
will reveal how distance impacts team collaboration and assess how well different leadership and
management styles work. Additionally, we will examine the effect cultural differences have on
team dynamics and how they shape team performance, as well as how methodical leadership can
increase team performance and help solve team disputes. By thoroughly examining these
different organizational aspects, we can gain an in-depth point of view about the complexities of
managing and leading international teams and help offer ideas of how distance and remote teams
can effectively work together in today's evolving business landscape.
