,Voorwoord:
Mijn naam is Anita, 46 jaar en 3 jaar werkzaam als algemeen verpleegkundige bij Op
een afdeling met Somatische cliënten.

Dit verzorging / verpleeghuis is een kleinschalig verpleeg- en verzorgingshuis met 24
cliënten, waar zowel cliënten met psychogeriatrische en somatische achtergrond
verblijven. Op dit moment verblijven er 5 cliënten met een verpleeghuisindicatie bij
ons op de locatie.
Zij vallen daarom onder de Specialist Ouderengeneeskundige. Daarnaast hebben we
19 cliënten zonder behandel indicatie. De huisarts van het dorp, is voor hen de
hoofdbehandelaar.

Door middel van dit verslag verschaf ik inzicht in mijn ontwikkeling van de
deskundigheidsbevordering binnen het verpleegkundig proces.
