To find a way forward on the matter, Ms Tancred, Chairperson of the Civic Organisation, has requested you to investigate the possible ways to get adequate supply of water in the township. Councillor and the Municipal Manager of Bakwena Municipality.

Past communication, meeting minutes, and municipal documents were analysed to
assess any progress, delays, or broken promises regarding water provision.

2.4 Expert Consultations and Feasibility Check

Interviews were conducted with independent water infrastructure experts and drilling
companies to determine the practicality and costs of alternative water solutions such
as boreholes.
