primary doctor; it utilizes staff, space, labs (puts delay or back log in the system)
acute - ANS CHF, pulmonary edema

,emergency nurse credentials - ANS considered more of an expert in one area; recommended
to sit for a CEN boards need at least 1-2 years of experience in that area; not required but
important to obtain and for job opportunities
