Compare and Contrast Essay: Advantages and Disadvantages of Online
versus Face-to-Face Teaching and Learning
The global COVID-19 pandemic forced many institutions to transition rapidly from
face-to-face (F2F) to online teaching. Although this move started as a reaction, it
also served as a possibility to reevaluate the comparative advantages and
drawbacks of online and F2F education. The current essay provides a comparison of
