1.2. Corporate citizenship may be defined as the role of the corporation in
administering citizenship rights for individual. The corporate citizenship is about
administering citizenship rights for individuals. Citizen right such as social right, civil
rights and political rights.
Corporates citizenship requires values and values creation in corporation. The value
creates a positive impact to the successful of the corporation in term of corporate
vision, mission and goals of the organisation. A leader should have a transparency
with others, taking accountability of the business decision. Corporate citizenship will
require a leader who will be able to prioritize the ethical and values of the
organisation.
Corporate citizenship requires a leader who has a leadership responsibility with
respect to stakeholders, which are the employees, client and customers. By ensuring
that people are mobilised and lead a team across the business, by coaching
employees and monitoring them to ensures that objective and goals are achieved in
a good manner.
Clients and customers, the leader should be responsible that products and services
meet the customers satisfaction, that there is an open communication. A leader
