ankle injury and I do not practice with weights and modify a lot throughout my workout. I'm

class, but you are your best teacher. So, listen to your body! Push yourself where you know you
can, take breaks whenever you need, and take any modifications that feel right in your body so
you can stay with me for the entire hour.

Exhale Child's Pose - CORRECT ANSWER - Bring your knees to the outside of your mat,
(your big toes to touch)
Slink your belly between your thighs
Reach your arms in front of you mat (and melt your forehead to the floor)


Take a deep breath in and a deep exhale out
