Read the case study below and complete the tasks that
follow:
Task1:
You need to peruse through the case file (pages 6 – 13 of this document) that Mr
Mudau has compiled. In order to wrap your head around the case, you decide to work
meticulously through all the documents. The case file includes (1) company
background information, (2) a copy of the employment contract between Betty’s Bakery
and their employees, (3) an interview transcript between Mr Mudau and a waitron from
Betty’s Bakery and (4) some of Mr Mudau’s notes.
Conduct and present a SWOT analysis on the state of Betty’s Bakery based on the
information you have at your disposal. You are required to provide at least two
