3 problems I viewed with the candidates' characteristics for the hiring process:
The lack of diversity: The lack of diversity in the company shows no other ethnicities,
genders, and backgrounds, which does not address to the current background of people the go
for. To change this the, company should put diversity and inclusion in their hiring pools by
finding multiple candidates from a range of backgrounds makes it fair for all workers.
“A diverse and inclusive workplace is one that makes everyone, regardless of who they are or
what they do for the business, feel equally involved in and supported in all areas of the
workplace. The “all areas” part is important” (Bush, 2023). If the company would hire or
interview more diverse candidates. The company looks more unified and makes more clients
and people want to come work/want the company to help them.
2. The limited inclusiveness in workplace: The company's hiring process has very few
diverse or inclusive candidates, which makes it very unfair and unethical as well as
inequality. To properly have diversity and inclusiveness, the company should look and find
more and provide the proper treatment for the candidates, showing ability to opportunities
and getting rid of certain restraints during the hirings that come.
3. The insufficient consideration of multicultural expertise: The current hiring process mostly
focuses on educated and industry expectorated, and this potentially overlooks the skillsets of
multi skilled people/workers. Given the diversity of the current client base, it's very important
for the company to consider candidates with multicultural skillsets, cultures, and languages
