Part One: Working Style
In the 5 Dynamics report, I was instructed to pick a group of two words that I, as the
assessment taker, most describe my current state of being and/or learning. For my report, I
received the following results: effortless explorer, excite deliberate, examine effortless plus, and
execute deliberate plus. While reading the results, I could self-reflect and see how these
attributes related to my learning styles, etc. After reviewing the five dynamics report, I found that
two of my strengths related to my working style include being analytical, meaning I like to know
the ins and outs of a process before jumping in. The second is that I am, as they described,
deliberate in my learning. Alternatively, two of the challenges associated with my learning style
include my time management needing to be planned ahead of time and schedule-oriented,
allowing for time to rest and relax afterward, which could be seen as a strength or weakness.
, Lastly, the final challenge for me would be inspiration, primarily because the report says I enjoy
personal interactions. I have been in the healthcare field since 2008, and I am a people person

use one medication type versus another in a treatment plan. Energy dynamics present themselves
in my daily life in numerous ways. Still, one example would include when a company provides a
new policy and procedure that is to be put in place; I like to review the latest policy and
procedure, make notes on it, and then ask questions as to how this new policy or method will be
