11. What factors will -Weight
affect stall speed? -CG Location
-Load Factor
-Wing Contamination
-Configuration (flaps)
12. Vs vs Vo Vs = Stalling speed or minimum steady flight speed at which
the a/c is controllable
Vso = Stalling speed or the minimum steady flight speed at
which the a/c is controllable in landing configuration
13. Vo vs Vno Vo = The speed in which full and abrupt control input will stall th
aircraft
(or cause structural damage if above Vo for given weight.

Vno = The maximum structural cruising speed or better known
as normal operating speed. It should not be exceeded except
in smooth air and only then with caution.
14. How does Vo -It has to do with flying closer to the critical AoA. Heavier a/c
chnage with requires more lift to maintain altitude. More lift requires
weight? increasing AoA which consequently is closer to the critical AoA.
The closer an airfoil is to the critical AoA, the sooner it will
stall hence increasing the Vo speed.
-Lighter aircraft requires less lift to maintain altitude and
therefore flies at a smaller AoA and is futher away from the critical
AoA and will stall later/at a slower speed
