Health care organizations must overcome numerous difficulties. Unfortunately, it is well
known that staff personnel are understaffed and overworked. As a result, the workplace
environment becomes unhealthy as staff members stress about giving too much care to many
patients while neglecting to give them quality treatment. However still, it results in mistakes that
can be avoided but, when made often, end up costing the firm money. Establishing a resolution
that benefits all parties, including stakeholders and patients, is crucial. The process of selecting
qualified candidates is essential, as is ensuring that employees remain content while working for
the company.
Resources
In order to help solve nursing shortages and burnout one of the actions would be to
conduct interviews with nurses and nurse managers to learn about their opinions on workload
as part of efforts to address the nurse staffing issue. The resources that will be needed to
address this barrier is, staff, funds, educational material, space to conduct interviews, and
guidelines for ethics. Key stakeholders will be influential on this because, patients as well as
administration.
Stakeholders and employees have a significant impact on the products and services the firm can
provide. To solve the shortage, money, educational resources, and training are crucial since
without sufficient funding, the organization won't be able to offer high-quality training and
educational resources (Pokorná, 2018). There are operations that must be carried out and
prioritized for each resource. Providing extra academic materials, assessing program activities,
and conducting interviews to resolve possible issues within the organization related to burnout
and turnover. Each action will be essential to the specific goals. These goals include enhancing
important stakeholder and health care professional help and coordination, identifying change-
