VOORWOORD

In dit beroepsproduct is er een kwaliteitsadvies opgesteld over ‘’werken volgens protocol’’ voor de
huidige stageplaats, de thuiszorg. Het onderwerp van het kwaliteitsadvies is voortgekomen uit onze
verwondering over een aantal situaties, waarbij er werd afgeweken van het protocol, zonder duidelijke
reden. Het risico dat dit met zich meebrengt, namelijk dat de veiligheid van de cliënt in gevaar komt,
heeft de doorslag gegeven om dit probleem te willen aanpakken.

Er is steun ervaren van de docenten, …. en medestudenten waar wij onder andere feedback en tips
van hebben ontvangen.
Tevens worden alle collega’s van de twee wijkteams bedankt voor hun medewerking, door onder
andere het invullen van een enquête.
