applying RUP pesticides or operating a device for hire
Pesticide Registration (FIFRA) - ANSWER-Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA)
-Pesticides must not cause harm to infants, children, or other sensitive individuals
-EPA reviews a registered pesticide every 15 years
