and asked me where it was. I asked him when his pick up date was, and he told me it had already
passed. Upon hearing this, I explained to him the company policy regarding reserve books and
how he would have to either request a reserve again or wait until book was returned if it was
already checked out. He kept insisting I should just give him the book since he was only a day
late and I empathized with him and remained calm. I resolved the issue by helping him reserve
the book again online and I walked him through the steps on how to reserve the book.
