, Inleiding
Wereldhavendagen is een groot jaarlijks meerdaags evenement in het eerste weekend van
september, in de haven van Rotterdam. Het doel is om het publiek kennis te laten maken met een
kijkje achter de schermen van de Rotterdamse haven, onder andere door scheepsbezichtigingen,
demonstraties op het water en presentaties van havenbedrijven. Een belangrijke attractie is
tegenwoordig ook de muzikale show en het vuurwerk op de zaterdagavond.

De Wereldhavendagen is ontstaan in 1978, dit jaar was het de 41e editie en het trok 380.000
bezoekers (ANP, 2018). Het evenement is verspreid over meerdere locaties in Rotterdam, namelijk
ronde de Nieuwe Maas, bij Wilhelminakade en Katendrecht. Doordat het aantal bezoekers de
afgelopen jaren is toegenomen zijn er knelpunten ontstaan. De Wereldhavendagen heeft de
opdrachtgegeven de routing digitaal te verbeteren.

De hoofdvraag is:
Aan welke criteria moet de digitale oplossing voldoen om de routing van de Wereldhavendagen te
verbeteren?

In dit document vindt u eerst de analyse Aan de hand van de analyse wordt het probleem goed in
kaart gebracht. Vervolgens worden er twee concepten weergegeven. Deze concepten bieden een
oplossing voor het probleem.
