conditions to which such certificates are subject (i.e. what you can do, where you can do it, and in what
you can do it)
What are the requirements for the grant of an AOC? - Answer: 1. Establish and maintain an appropriate
organisation, with a sound and effective management structure that uses a SMS approved by CASA
2. Make adequate provision for training and checking of personnel and the inspection and maintenance
of aircraft
3. Have an approved HF and NTS training and assessment program
